To live a happy life,one needs to be fit both physically and mentally.We tend to say that we don't get enough time even to think of our own health in this hectic world.Its not that we need to spend most of our time at Gym to stay fit but all we need is Body mind spirit to stay hyperactive all time.As its said in the book "The monk who sold his Ferrari" ,we should concentrate on our self improvement as it makes us feel happy on seeing our own progress.Once we feel happy and proud of ourself, our mind gets relieved from unnecessary tensions resulting in sound mind.Regular practice of yoga and meditation makes us feel young and energetic.Taking control of our own actions and emotions and always staying motivated enables personal development.This includes quiting bad habits, keeping cool under critical conditions and willingness to take tough job.Taking control of our mind needs lot of time but it is achievable through practice.It is said an action that is done regularly for 21 days becomes a routine thing in our life.Putting it all together,personal development teaches us how to become more productive and effective at work and how to maintain focus on what really counts in all aspects of your life.Last but not least don't forget to smile even at difficult situations.
