I ll be leaving to Hyderabad tomorrow to join Keane, the first company i am gonna work with. Packing is still incomplete but i ll finish it today. I donno if i could come online after i join the company. So the blog will remain inactive until i return to the online world. I feel sad to leave my blog after pushing it hard to reach 200+ visitors per day in less than 80 days. I also see its dropping day by day already. Anyways i gotta go with my career. 4. Now lie on your back or stretch your legs in front with hands at the back and relax.
5. Take rest for 10 counts and repeat.
6. Do this two times.

The Knee to Chest (Pawanmuktasana)

• As the stomach is pressed and then allowed to go limp in this asana , the liver , urinary bladder, spleen, intestines and stomach are well exercised by it.
• Helps one to get rid of constipation , improves appetite, releases wind and reduces flatulence.

Description of the asana

1. Lie down on a mat . Exhale and stop breathing. Lift left leg, bend it and bring it up to the stomach. Let the knee touch the chin , with the rest of the leg touching the chest, press down on the leg, so that the stomach and chest receive pressure.
2. Lift your neck and place your chin on the knee. Remain in this position as long as you can hold your breath. Then breath slowly, and straighten you leg. Put your head back on the floor.
3. Repeat with the right leg.
4. Repeat the same with the both legs
5. Repeat the whole operation three times.

Though these asanas are recommended for hair growth,there is no guarantee that it will enable hair growth but if practiced regularly they will keep us fit for sure.

As i said in my previous post i was modifying the look of my page yesterday.One of the modifications included changing the colour of the links.I wanted to use the same colour as that of the Google adsense links.I tried so many similar colours from the colour palette but nothing matched the brightness of Google links.I felt how useful it would be if there is a software available for finding the colour code given the colour as input.So i Googled to find if i could find something as such and i got it in the very first search.Instant Eyedropper is the tool that solved my problem.It worked like charm and moreover its a freeware.

I received complaints from visitors that i have clustered my page with too many ads.Since i am a newbie,i just went on with every earning scheme that came across but now i realized that it greatly annoys the readers as the page takes more time to load eating up visitor's bytes and time.To be honest i started blogging after hearing from my friends that i could earn through it but now my aim is to provide visitors with useful contents with fun and entertainment and also with good download links.And i like to hear from you if anything has to be changed in my page and i ll surely do it if it ll make visitors happy.Today i removed all unnecessary pictures and ads but retained links of traffic providers and Google ads.Hope its OK now.

New Year Gift

Ever since i started blogging ,i always use to worry about my Google page rank and Alexa ranking.Though i see a steady progress in my Alexa ranking ,my Google page rank remains at zero.Few weeks ago, i tried Google to know if there a way atleast to predict my future page rank.Surprisingly it listed many sites providing with the tool to predict our future page rank but i found they all use the same tool later.So i picked up the top most result which is http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction.When i tried for my blog,it said my site dont have enough backlinks as a site should have atleast 100 backlinks in order to carry on with the prediction.So i kept exchanging links with my blog friends i found every day and tried to predict my pagerank regularly but it said the same thing-Backlink insufficient.It was yesterday,to my surprise it showed a different result as follows
